- Full-time, 3x12 Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in the medical-surgical units.
- Float between medical-surgical floors at main hospital and Ashley River Tower as assigned.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety procedures, and infection control protocols.
- Participate in holiday rotation and may be on call as required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina RN license or multi-state/compact license.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- BLS certification.
- Willingness to float to different units as needed.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a Level I Trauma Center or teaching hospital preferred.
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic health record system.
- Previous hospital float pool experience is a plus.
