Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 3 nights per week (12-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-anesthesia care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) for adult patients
- Monitor patient vital signs, manage pain, and assess recovery from anesthesia
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
- Document patient status and care provided accurately
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ohio or Compact State RN license in hand at time of submission
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
- Experience in Level 1 Trauma, Telemetry, and Vents preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Night shift experience in a PACU or similar setting
- Prior trauma and telemetry experience
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts with weekend requirements (1-2 per 4 weeks)
