Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population.
• Manage a productivity schedule of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing about 12-14 patients daily.
• Handle follow-up visits, including double-booking when necessary, to ensure efficient patient care.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and obtain prior approval from the director for any overtime hours.
• May be required to float to other clinics within the region, including Milford and Lewes, DE.
• Maintain documentation and treatment plans in accordance with clinical standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week with a guarantee of 36.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working in a fast-paced clinic environment is advantageous.
