• Full-time, Night shift (3x12 Hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in an ICU setting within a reputable acute care hospital.
• Float between ICU units and affiliated hospitals as needed, ensuring coverage meets unit requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety guidelines, including necessary certifications.
• Participate in holiday coverage and flexible scheduling based on unit needs.
• Document patient information accurately using electronic health record systems.

Required Qualifications

• Valid California RN license (no temporary licenses accepted).
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience.
• Current ACLS, BCLS, and NIH certifications.
• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift and participate in rotating weekend shifts.
• Must be able to float between related units and facilities within a 50-mile radius.
• Willingness to work holiday shifts, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a float pool environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different hospital units.
