Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to pediatric critically ill patients in various units including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU.
• Float within the scope of practice to meet facility needs across pediatric units.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately.
• Participate in holiday and weekend rotations, including every other weekend shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience.
• Valid RN license in South Carolina or a multi-state/compact license.
• BLS and PALS certifications (AHA accepted).
• Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts (7 PM – 7:30 AM).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ECMO experience.
• Certification in CRRT.
• Experience working in a float pool or with pediatric critically ill patients.

Additional Information

• RTO requests must be submitted at time of application and approved based on unit needs.
• Guaranteed hours with the facility allowing one shift off per two weeks.
• Locals within a 60-mile radius are encouraged to apply; a 10% reduction in bill rate may apply.
• During hurricane season (June to November), employees may be assigned to emergency response teams if necessary.
