Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the interventional radiology (IR) unit, supporting procedures such as cath labs, biopsies, and drainages.
• Assist in scrubbing, circulating, and supporting IR procedures using equipment like CT, ultrasound, and cath rooms.
• Manage patient care and monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures.
• Collaborate with a team of RNs and technicians to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Respond to on-call requirements, providing support 7 days a week as needed.
• Adhere to unit policies and guidelines to maintain high standards of care.

Required Qualifications

• IR lab experience, including scrubbing and circulating in an IR setting.
• Valid RN license.
• At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
• Ability to work 4 days per week, 10.5-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Ability to handle on-call responsibilities.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with all types of cath lab and IR cases.
• Proficiency with procedures such as CT-guided biopsies and drainages, ultrasound-guided biopsies, and drainages.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills suitable for a high-paced IR environment.
