Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical unit.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to urgent needs promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately in EMR.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain adherence to unit policies and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in a hospital setting.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Meditech EMR systems.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
