Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing interventional radiology and special procedures.
- Assist during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to intra-procedural needs.
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with medical team to develop and update patient care plans.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license or active application with ETA.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a similar setting.
- Ability to work within scope and adapt to floating needs.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in interventional radiology or special procedures.
- Familiarity with Cerner charting system.
- Prior experience in a Level II Trauma or acute care hospital.
