• Contractor / Travel, 13-week assignment, nights shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment during night shifts.
• Perform patient assessments, IV starts, and administer medications.
• Conduct 12-lead EKGs and assist with patient monitoring and treatment procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR system.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• Less than 2 years of emergency room experience.
• Strong assessment and IV skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Competency in using EMR systems such as Meditech.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Free Standing Emergency Department (FSED).
• Familiarity with emergency procedures such as EKG interpretation and patient assessments.
• Prior work with ventilator and point-of-care lab equipment.
• Team-oriented and helpful personality with a collaborative approach.
