Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 3x12-hour shifts, day shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient health status, recognize changes, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and assist with patient procedures.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and shift-specific responsibilities.
• Work at least every other holiday as required.

Required Qualifications
• Active Ohio or Compact state nursing license.
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing prior to travel assignments.
• 18 months of recent Med/Surg/Tele experience, including travel experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to pass an ECG rhythm recognition test and a safeMedicate assessment during orientation.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a hospital setting with rotating shifts.
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems such as Qualivis – Lotus.
• Ability to adapt to variable shift schedules and rotating shift environments.
