Full-time, night shifts, 3x12 hours
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the ICU float pool, including units like Pod A ICU
- Ensure adherence to unit protocols and patient safety standards
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive critical care
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Float between ICU units and affiliated facilities as needed
- Cover minimum weekend shifts, with potential for additional weekend coverage to meet unit needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid California RN license (no temporary licenses accepted)
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience
- Current certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIHSS
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as scheduled
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in acute care hospital settings, particularly within ICU units
- Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records system
- Ability to float between units and facilities as needed
