• Full-time, Day shifts, Tuesday through Saturday
Key Responsibilities
• Provide individual and group therapy to clients with diverse psychological and social needs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress
• Adhere to licensing and compliance standards for mental health services
Required Qualifications
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida
• Valid licensure to practice independently in Florida
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience providing mental health therapy preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in outpatient or community mental health settings
• Knowledge of best practices in mental health treatment
• Bilingual skills a plus
