Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a well-established retirement community.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve resident mobility and quality of life.
• Evaluate residents’ progress and adjust therapies as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of therapy equipment and modalities.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in senior or long-term care settings.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation best practices for elderly populations.
