Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, evaluate, and implement occupational therapy care for patients.
• Supervise volunteers, students, support staff, and assistants involved in therapy services.
• Interpret and implement physician orders while ensuring safe and effective care.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and communicate professionally.
• Use resources efficiently and contribute to a positive therapy environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• OT License in the state of Texas.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association only).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Acute care experience preferred.
• Experience working with adult and geriatric populations, including trauma, orthopedic, cardiac, and general med/surg cases.
