- Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting physical mobility and functional independence.
- Provide outpatient services including orthopedic, sports, pediatric, neurological, stroke, balance, and dizziness rehab.
- Assist in wheelchair seating, neck, back, and extremity care as part of comprehensive rehabilitation care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly to optimize outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
- Ability to travel to multiple care locations as needed.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in outpatient therapy settings or specialized rehabilitation programs.
