Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to ICU patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients utilizing advanced critical care equipment such as vents and titratable medications.
• Administer Med Titration and other critical care procedures including CRRT and Impella/IABP.
• Follow unit policies, including patient safety protocols and EMR documentation using Meditech.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive patient care during night shifts.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain essential certifications.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with Med Titration and critical care competencies, including restraints management and ventilator management

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with CRRT and Impella/IABP devices
• Prior ICU experience in a hospital setting
• Ability to manage titratable medications and critical care technology
