Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, specifically Echo, as part of inpatient care.
• Float between units as needed, maintaining flexibility across hospital departments.
• Chart patient findings accurately using Epic electronic medical records system.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with safety and confidentiality standards.
• Provide quality imaging and ensure patient comfort during procedures.
• Collaborate with medical team to deliver optimal patient diagnostics.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to perform Echo/Ultrasound/Sonography in Oregon.
• At least 1 year of recent experience in ultrasound imaging, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Ability to perform specialized Echo procedures.
• Strong understanding of Epic charting software.
• Reliable transportation to meet the 50-mile radius requirement.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a short-term acute care hospital.
• Familiarity with similar hospital systems and multiple units.
• Certification in diagnostic medical sonography.
• Ability to float across multiple hospital units and affiliates.
