Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, specifically Echo, as part of inpatient care.
- Float between units as needed, maintaining flexibility across hospital departments.
- Chart patient findings accurately using Epic electronic medical records system.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with safety and confidentiality standards.
- Provide quality imaging and ensure patient comfort during procedures.
- Collaborate with medical team to deliver optimal patient diagnostics.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license to perform Echo/Ultrasound/Sonography in Oregon.
- At least 1 year of recent experience in ultrasound imaging, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Ability to perform specialized Echo procedures.
- Strong understanding of Epic charting software.
- Reliable transportation to meet the 50-mile radius requirement.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a short-term acute care hospital.
- Familiarity with similar hospital systems and multiple units.
- Certification in diagnostic medical sonography.
- Ability to float across multiple hospital units and affiliates.
