Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, 13-week assignment, Days shift, 8.75 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Administer patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab/EP unit, including procedures like LHC, RHC, PCI, PTA, and ablations
- Monitor patient vitals and responses during and after procedures
- Collaborate with medical team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Follow unit policies and maintain compliance with safety protocols
- Document patient care accurately in EMR systems such as Meditech and MERGE
- Participate in call rotations, including one weekend per month
Required Qualifications
- Valid nursing license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience
- Ability to take call
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with procedures such as stenting, Impella, IABP, peripheral interventions, EP studies/ablations
- Familiarity with GE and Philips equipment
- Strong team-oriented and relaxed personality
