• Full-time, part-time, or per departmental policy (may include day, evening, or night shifts; some weekend work required)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for emergency and trauma patients in a fast-paced ER setting
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with ANA standards and the nursing process
• Advocate for patients and provide support, education, and direct care to patients and families
• Utilize medical equipment and technology proficiently and perform nursing procedures skillfully
• Assist in medication inventory, distribution, and delivery as needed
• Contribute to hospital stroke, MI, trauma, and mental health evaluation programs

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of residence in the United States
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• PALS and ACLS certifications required within 6 months of employment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous ER nursing experience is desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and communicate clearly
