Location: Statesville, NC

Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Follow prescribed treatment plans and document patient progress
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and protocols
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain professional standards regarding dress code and professional appearance

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year recent outpatient physical therapy experience
• Current licensure in North Carolina as a Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure examination

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
• Strong professional appearance aligning with dress code policy (khakis or navy/black/slate-colored attire, collared shirts preferred)
• Ability to float within the hospital as needed
