Registered Nurse - PICU
Location: Charleston, SC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts, 3x12-hour nights per week (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Float within scope to all pediatric units, including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU, to meet facility needs.
• Provide critical care nursing for pediatric patients, ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to all clinical protocols, including use of required certifications and licenses.
• Support patient families and communicate effectively regarding care plans.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, including hurricane season and RTO policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience.
• Valid South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN license.
• BLS and PALS certifications (American Heart Association accepted).
• Ability to work 3 nights per week, with flexibility for unit needs and manager approval.
• Open to first-time travelers with the relevant ICU experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• ECMO experience.
• CRRT certification preferred.
• Experience with advanced critical care interventions.
