Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and implementing treatment plans.
• Support patients in rehabilitation activities to promote recovery and mobility.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
• State license or registration as required.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a hospital, outpatient, or rehabilitation setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
