Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' mental, physical, and spiritual needs to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Provide explanations and instructions to patients and responsible persons.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment by recognizing and reporting changes in patient condition.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment through effective communication and conflict management.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Required Qualifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Relevant certifications in ACLS and other cardiac, ICU, and emergency care specialties, as applicable.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in operating room or perioperative settings.
• Knowledge of specialized cardiac and critical care procedures.
• Ability to demonstrate strong clinical judgment and patient advocacy.
