Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Monitor and document residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of West Virginia
- Proven experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience night shift nursing
- Knowledge of geriatric care and chronic condition management
