LVN / LPN LTC/SNF

Job Title: LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF

Location: Siler City, NC

Schedule / Job Type: Part-time, Night shifts, local only—every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
• Assist with daily living activities and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure resident well-being
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient responses accurately
• Follow healthcare protocols and ensure compliance with state and facility regulations
• Support residents' emotional and physical comfort, promoting a positive environment

Required Qualifications:

• Valid LVN or LPN license in North Carolina
• Experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred
• Basic life support (BLS) certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience with geriatric or long-term care residents
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
