Registered Nurse - ICU Location: Naperville, IL Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the ICU setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the well-being of our patients. Key Responsibilities: • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the ICU • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care • Monitor and respond to patient needs, including vital signs, medication administration, and other medical interventions • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions • Participate in code blue responses and other emergency situations as needed Requirements: • Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois • BSN degree from an accredited institution • 1+ year of experience in ICU or critical care setting • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment If you are a dedicated and compassionate RN looking to join a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.
