Key Responsibilities

• Assess and develop treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Implement therapeutic treatments to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy routines accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and injury prevention techniques.
• Document patient treatments and progress accurately in medical records.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license or registration in the state of New Jersey.
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services.
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy best practices and standards.
