• Interventional Radiology Technologist - Special Procedures
Location

• Full-time, days, on-site
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and clean exam rooms before and after patient procedures, including maintaining supplies.
• Properly identify patients according to facility standards and educate them about procedures.
• Assist physicians by preparing and administering contrast agents under supervision.
• Review patient history, perform pain assessments, and respond appropriately per standard procedures.
• Code and bill procedures accurately using CPT codes and maintain documentation in the electronic medical record system.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support department operations.
Required Qualifications
• ND Medical Imaging License from the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board of Examiners.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist credential from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in interventional radiology or hybrid operating room settings.
• Familiarity with hospital charge capture, CPT coding, and electronic medical records systems like Epic and PACS.
