Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize clinic workflow.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality patient care and treatment plans.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed, pending approval for additional hours.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to clinical protocols and standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in Georgia.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Ability to work full-time days.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week, including potential weekend coverage as needed.
• Strong organizational and patient management skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• Previous experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Ability to float to other clinics within the network if necessary.
