Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility and function.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and family members on exercises and injury prevention.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or registration as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in physical therapy or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Knowledge of therapy techniques and equipment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital, outpatient clinic, or rehabilitation setting.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
