Job Title

• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

• Columbus, OH

• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 Hours)

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to high-acuity patients in an intermediate or stepdown unit.
• Interpret and respond to dysrhythmias, utilizing advanced monitoring equipment.
• Administer medications, including chemotherapy, blood products, and IV therapies.
• Manage central lines, PICC lines, and other invasive devices with precision and care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Follow strict infection prevention and patient safety protocols in a high-acuity environment.

• Valid RN license (compact or state-issued) in Ohio or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an ICU, IMC, or stepdown unit preferred.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), ACLS, and NIH certifications.
• Experience with high acuity patient care and telemetry monitoring.
• Ability to interpret dysrhythmias and manage cardiac drips.

• Experience administering chemotherapy and managing external devices such as wound vacs and surgical drains.
• Familiarity with advanced airway management and arterial line care.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
