Key Responsibilities

  • Administer nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.
  • Monitor patient health and maintain detailed documentation of care provided.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
  • Provide compassionate patient care to support recovery and comfort.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid and active Delaware registered nurse license.
  • Active account with the Delaware DHSS Background Check Center for mandatory background screening and fingerprinting.
  • Ability to meet staffing requirements for back-to-back shifts, including weekends.

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Previous experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities (SNF).
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance specific to Delaware healthcare facilities.
