Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapy services to patients
- Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities under supervision
- Document patient progress and treatment activities accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to support patient rehabilitation goals
- Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Prior experience in a therapeutic or healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adhere to safety and confidentiality standards
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with pediatric or adult therapy populations
- Familiarity with therapy documentation systems
