• 12.5-hour night shifts, part-time (3 shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to the appropriate team members.
• Document patient care activities in compliance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work night shifts reliably.
