Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage approximately 12-14 patient visits per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Conduct follow-up visits, including double-booking when appropriate.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 guaranteed hours.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Float to other clinics is not required; primarily based at the main facility.

Required Qualifications
• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Arizona.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work full-time days with 8-hour shifts.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week.
• OT hours must be approved by the director if applicable.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient rehabilitation experience, including post-surgical patient care.
• Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Flexibility to adapt to different clinical environments.
