- Full-time, Mids shifts, 5 days per week, 8.5-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Document patient care activities in compliance with facility policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN/LVN license in the state of Maine.
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and documentation standards.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with elderly or chronically ill patients.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
