Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Mids (Day/Afternoon shifts), 8.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Monitor patient health status and document findings accurately
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
- Assist with patient assessments and update care documentation as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Maine
- Proven experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with geriatric or long-term care populations
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation standards
- BLS certification
