• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in medical-surgical, telemetry, and cardiac units, including monitoring vital signs and treatment responses
• Interpret and manage cardiac dysrhythmias and telemetry monitoring
• Administer IV therapies, including blood products, IV medications, and central lines
• Care for patients with neurological conditions, respiratory issues, and post-surgical needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a specialty setting (e.g., MS, Telemetry, Cardiac)
• Valid healthcare license applicable in the state of Missouri
• BLS certification required; NIHSS and ACLS preferred
• Ability to work 8 weekend shifts within a 6-week schedule
• Willingness to float between departments and facilities as needed
• Knowledge of cardiac monitoring, emergency response protocols, and IV therapy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in neuro, ortho trauma, or post-surgical units
• Familiarity with managing Vasoactive drips, PCA, and post-neurosurgery care
• Skills in respiratory management, including tracheostomy and chest tube care
• Competence with Epic charting system and compliance modules
