• Full-time, night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Complete and document all patient care activities accurately and efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent Med/Surg/Telemetry experience.
• At least 18 months of permanent (direct hire) Med/Surg/Telemetry experience prior to travel assignment.
• Valid Ohio license or Compact license in hand.
• American Red Cross BLS & ACLS certifications (willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start).
• Passing score on ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the relevant specialty.
• Active certifications with no pending status.
• Successful completion of BCI/FBI background check within 48 hours of signing contract.
• Negative 10-panel drug screen including nicotine (if applicable) within past 12 months.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Charge nurse experience preferred.
• Experience with ECG rhythm interpretation and medication safety protocols.
