Full-time, night shift (3x12 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care to post-operative and critically stable patients in the IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
• Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and respond to emergencies within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Float within scope between departments and units as needed to meet facility requirements.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
• Comply with all safety, hygiene, and hospital policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with pending license accepted.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in specialty (IMC/PCU/Stepdown) within the past 12 months.
• BLS and NIH certifications.
• Willingness to float across departments as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with bariatric, urology, hepatobiliary, colorectal, or trauma patient populations.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
