Job Title

• Registered Nurse - CVICU

• Cleveland, OH

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, rotating shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac ICU patients
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to critical changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio nursing license or valid compact state license in hand
• Minimum of 18 months of recent CVICU experience in a permanent setting or travel assignments
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications – current and active
• Ability to recognize ECG rhythms and complete SafeMedicate assessments with acceptable scores during orientation
• Must work at least every other holiday

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent travel ICU experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills
• Knowledge of COVID-19 protocols and safety procedures

Candidates must complete required modules before start date; onsite badge pick-up and fingerprinting are required. Negative drug screens and timely background checks are mandatory. Only candidates with the appropriate licenses, certifications, and experience will be considered.
