Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients or responsible persons.
- Utilize clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
- Maintain complete, accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Participate in ongoing continuing education to stay current with nursing practices.
Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Certification in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- Experience in operating room or perioperative care settings
