• Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical and tele unit patients during night shifts.
• Administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and assess patient conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and safety regulations.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing.
• Active Ohio nursing license (compact licenses accepted for starts 01/01/2023 and onward).
• Valid and current certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS) with nothing pending.
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and fingerprinting within designated timeframes.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience within large hospital systems, preferably with inpatient medical-surgical and telemetry units.
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and compliance standards for night shift care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to adapt to varying patient needs.
