• Full-time, Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing in a float pool across various ICU units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU.
• Manage patient care with a focus on acuity and unit needs during weekend night shifts.
• Administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and utilize ventilator management and telemetry equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards, including compliance with ICU policies and floating within units of equivalent or lower acuity.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• Valid compact or state nursing license for Ohio
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
• Experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience in ICU settings
• Ability to complete fingerprinting process promptly, including driving to fingerprinting locations in Ohio if outside the state
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
