Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, days shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Monitor, assess, and document patient health status and progress
- Administer medications and treatments following healthcare protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for documentation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Knowledge of state-specific healthcare regulations
- Bilingual skills are a plus
