Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute care nursing in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units for adult and geriatric patients.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry and dysrhythmias, ensuring patient safety.
• Administer IV therapy, blood products, and manage central lines and PICC lines.
• Assist with patient fall prevention and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and utilize Rapid Response Teams when necessary.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records (EPIC).

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license (Compact or State license for Ohio required).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and IV therapy.
• Proficiency with electronic charting systems (EPIC).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ONS Chemo Certification.
• NIHSS certification.
• Experience with feeding tube care and blood draw procedures.
