Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation
• Manage patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Float to other clinics within the network as needed
• Adjust treatment approaches based on patient response and evolving needs
• Ensure compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes

Required Qualifications
• Valid Georgia state license for Physical Therapy
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work a standard 8-hour shift
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers and new graduates
• Strong patient care and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior outpatient orthopedic therapy experience
• Experience with patient populations requiring orthopedics or post-surgical care
• Ability to see 12-14 patients per day with productivity expectations of 60 visits/week
• Flexibility to be floatable across clinics within the same region
