Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and treatments to patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately
- Support patient rehabilitation and functional independence
Required Qualifications
- Valid occupational therapy license or certification
- Proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of therapy best practices and protocols
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or outpatient settings
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
