Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, nights shifts, 36 or 48-hour schedule (rotation may change during interview)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute care nursing for patients in IMC, PCU, or step-down units with a focus on trauma experience.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring appropriate interventions and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Follow all hospital protocols and maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in on-call duties as needed and work during holidays if scheduled.
• Float between units as required within a 20-mile radius.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a valid compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in a hospital setting, with at least 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in Level I Trauma Centers and large hospital environments.
• Recent travel nursing experience preferred.
• Cerner EMR experience is a plus.
• Ability to work night shifts and adhere to strict travel compliance guidelines.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level I Trauma experience.
• Previous travel nursing experience.
• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
