Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facility settings.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, document medical histories, and report changes to healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid nursing license for the state of Delaware.
- Proven experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations related to LTC/SNF.
